by Natalie Sears

Atlanta-based mastering engineer Martina Albano brings to the sound board a diverse and extensive experience in music. A graduate from the Berklee College of Music in Boston, majoring in Contemporary Writing and Production, Albano employs her passion for singing and writing to fuel her creativity in music production.

2014 brought great success for Martina Albano. After beginning to collaborate with Rivcka Edelstein on the music composition for a musical titled “Everything is Possible,” Albano was awarded two awards in the Song of the Year songwriting contest. Bringing home Semi-Finalist and Runner Up awards, Albano proved that she was a force to be reckoned with in the music industry.

Soon after, Albano worked for Gallo Productions, where she continued to explore her interest and talent in audio and video editing. In 2017, Albano landed the Music Director position at Callanwolde Fine Arts Center, a non-profit community center that offers workshops and classes for people of all ages in visual, literary, and performing arts.

Today, you can find Martina either serving as the Governor of the Atlanta Chapter of The Recording Academy, singing while playing her guitar on Instagram, or doing what she does best at the sound board in the recording studio.
