Marta Salogni is an Italian producer, mixer, and sound engineer. She got her start as a live sound engineer for the independent radio station Radio Onda D’Urto, a liberal Italian channel that brought her to many non-profit leftist gigs around Europe. She then moved to London, where she trained at the Alchmea College of Audio Engineering. After learning Pro Tools and gaining skills as a producer and sound engineer, she began her professional career.
Salogni has mixed and produced with Kelela, M.I.A., and Björk, to name a few, and has engineered on projects with contemporary legends like Frank Ocean, the xx, FKA Twigs, and Glass Animals.
Salogni was awarded Breakthrough Engineer of the Year at the MPG Awards in 2018, proving that her impressive portfolio and contribution to American hits is far from through. Keep up with her on Twitter and Instagram, and check out her work here.
