Ableton is hosting their Loop Conference in Los Angeles this weekend, November 9th through November 11th. During the three intensive days, participants will engage in discussions, performances, presentations, studio sessions, installations and interactive workshops in hopes of creating a collaborative exchange of ideas and creativity. Taking music, technology, and other creative practices in mind, Ableton is bringing together artists, technologists, educators, and other innovative thinkers in LA.
Our president and founder Ebonie Smith is one of the attending participants this year at Loop LA! On Friday, she will be hosting a discussion on Debunking Audio Myths; on Saturday, she will host a discussion called “Starting Here.” Later than night, Ebonie will be hosting a Studio Session presented by Gender Amplified! On Sunday, she will then host a Listening Session in conjunction with Gender Amplified where Ebonie will be listening and giving feedback to tracks brought into the studio.
