Celebrating Women in Music Production: a Workshop

Gender Amplified has teamed up with the Digilouge, WeWork, and the Creator’s Suite to present a sold out workshop to celebrate women in music production. This event, co-hosted by Gender Amplified’s founder Ebonie Smith, will be comprised of three main events with the intention of fostering a sense of community in order to celebrate all women in production. The first of these events is a fireside chat with Gloria Kaba, also know by the alias Redsoul, who has worked as an engineer for over 10 years during which she spent 6 years producing at MSR Studios. Kaba has done sound production for well known musicians such as Madonna, Beyoncé, Frank Ocean, and more and we are beyond excited to have her available for this event. Further, the workshop includes a Beatmaking workshop as well as a Beat cypher with incredible women producers including: Ms. Madli, Claudia Hayden, V-Notes, Pozibelle, Mio Soul JWords.  Join us Friday March 1st, 6-9PM, at 450 Lexington New York, NY 10017.
